Staff is truly knowledgeable, and the food itself is unbelievable. The lobster Rangoon had actual lobster in it, and I will always get the Seka Don. Their salmon is the freshest, best I have ever had.If you're feeling extra greedy/filthy, splurge on the Fois gras sushi. $$$ but absolutely worth it.

The dining atmosphere is beautiful! We’ve been served twice by Kevin. He is a great server and very patient! The spicy tuna makimono is my favorite thing to order. We’ve been pleasantly surprised with the quality of food we’ve gotten. It’s all very good.

We ordered like 3 things since it's our first time here. One of them was the sliders. The meat was so good I'd order it again.I wish the nachos had a bit more in them, but it's still good.Would not recommend for people that prefer big portions for their buck.The atmosphere and staff were nice. As long as they aren't too busy, they let customers stay and chat for a while. I'd go again to try out more of their menu.

The food is really good here. My buddy and I always meet up at Shino’s to catch up on life and enjoy a cocktail and some Ramen. The atmosphere is really nice with everyone who works here being super nice and polite. This by far is some of the best Ramen I have had anywhere.

Shino is a hidden gem I am beyond amazed every dish left a mesmerizing WOW! The atmosphere and service from Long and Allen was second to none. We've dined from Boston to San Francisco Bay, Shino left my friend saying they never had it this good since JapanWe were treated the Omakase a 7 tasting dish take a look :)

Excellent experience from start to finish. Service was great and waitress was helpful on what to order. We had shumai steamed(best we've had), Shino wings, po'boy maki and udon with chicken and vegetables. Everything was awesome!
